Intraparadox Artwork on offer#1

Untitled (2025). Watercolour and Rooibos Tea on cotton paper. 37 x 26 cm (finished 16 October 2025) | This work is available at R 3 000.00

Hi fellow bloggers and devoted readers as well as listeners of Intraparadox. Thank you for visiting the site and for engaging with the content over the past year. This modest blog boast of more than 120 subscribers and its content is shared to more than 800 people across its devoted social media accounts, a go tshwane. However, that does not translate into revenue and as such I find myself devising means annually to keep the blog existing in cyberspace.

Now the fundraising period has once more arrived. I am excited to engage with you in ensuring that this website continues to be available and to share with you the developments of the arts in Tshwane in particular but as well as in South Africa. A bit of support from your side will be a welcome.

Earlier this year I started dabbling in watercolours as part of relaxation and creative expression. I have managed to put together a modest portfolio consisting of watercolours and mixed media works to which the work above is an addition (a full catalogue will soon be made available for Intraparadox visitors to peruse). Between today till 16 November I am offering this watercolour painting, unframed, for sale at R 3 000.00 / $ 175.00 as part of keeping Intraparadox independent and running in 2026. Should you be interested in this work you are welcome to reach out to me via the Reachout Tab on this blog to discuss an acquisition.

It would be great if this artwork finds a home!

Looking forward to hearing from you.

The work on offer in this post is an original watercolour done on potentate cold press cotton paper measuring 37c x 26 cm. It is an abstract. I mainly work in abstract and work spontaneously without a predetermine plan but with an interest at how colours, when they flow into each other interact. I also use fine liners to add depth to the colour interactive orchestra either minimally or generously. The white colour of the paper is mostly left untouched to acknowledge the colour and the surface texture of the paper.
